Principle:rice husk grinding machine
The two-way counter wheel adopts the way that the front and rear
grinding wheels rotate reversely, which improves the grinding
effect. The needle cylinders with different diameters are installed
on the double disk, and the needle rods are arranged through the
three-dimensional simulation technology, and the reasonable layout
is designed, so as to control the material and effectively achieve
the effective splitting effect in the needle rod gap. The needle
bar can adopt the shape of hexagonal wolf tooth according to the
crushing material. Wolf tooth shape is called corncob roller mill.
This rice husk hammer mill has special effect on engineering plastics with high melting point
at room temperature and flour. The needle bar mill adopts the screw
quantitative feeding mode to control the uniform movement of
materials in the grinding plate. There are two discharge modes:
natural state output and negative pressure discharge. There is no
screen in the grinding wheel cavity of the machine. The fineness of
Crocus can be adjusted by the linear speed of the grinding wheel.
