Working method:
The raw materials are sent to the grinding chamber through the
hopper by the screw feeder, cut and sheared by the high-speed
cutter, and sent to the cyclone separator and bag dust collector by
negative pressure suction. The discharge meets the product
requirements. This is why BSP superfine pulverizer can be made into
superfine powder and can be used as fine powder pulverizer.
Main components:
1. Crusher: the left motor is the crushing motor and the right
motor is the grading motor. Small screw feeder is adopted to ensure
uniform and controllable feed speed.
2. The material enters the grinding chamber through the screw
conveyor, where it is cut and ground by the rapidly rotating
blades. The powder enters the classification chamber through the
guide ring.
3. Cyclone separator: the cyclone separator can separate dust
(particles). The rotary valve makes the powder discharge speed
uniform and is also made of stainless steel. Easy to clean and
disassemble.
4. Pulse dust collector: dust removal is carried out inside the
dust collector. There are many dust collection bags in the box, and
the bag rack is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to
disassemble. Using pulse jet cleaning, it is convenient to collect
dust.
