Product Introduction:
Our BSR ribbon powder mixer is a brand new powder mixer. It is
characterized by high efficiency, high uniformity, high load
factor, low energy consumption, low pollution and small damage to
fragile materials. It is suitable for mixing a variety of
materials, such as solid-solid (powder material) and solid-liquid
(powder material-flowable material), and is suitable for many
fields such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
Working method:
Driven by the linear exhaust reducer, the rotor of the mixer
rotates directionally. During the mixing process, the ribbon pushes
the material in the axial direction. On the other hand, the
material is brought into the ribbon. The outer belt keeps the
material in the middle cylinder of the movement, while the inner
belt keeps the material in the middle cylinder of the movement. The
medium moves from the middle to the two ends. Therefore, a
two-period flow is formed in the material movement process, and the
materials are fully mixed during the flow process.
