BSP ultra-fine pulverizer consists of the main motor, auxiliary motor and electrical control
cabinet with the capabilities of winnowing, non-sieve or mesh,
equality of granule size and continuous processing etc. It meets
the international advanced level and is suitable for the material
grinding by the trade of pharmaceutics, chemical, and foodstuff
etc.
Working method:
Raw material is transported into the milling chamber via hopper by
screw feeder, been cut and sheared by the high speed rotating
cutters and gear rings inside the chamber to complete the
pulverizing process, and the matched sizes powders will be
classified out from the chamber by the help of the air classifying
device, the RPM of classifying device is adjustable for ensure the
classified out powder's size be different as required. Then the
powders go into the cyclone unit and discharging. Some mini-powder
dust will be suck into the Dust-Collector for recycling.
Main features:
1. With water cycle and wind cooling,the machine can be applied
into processing heat sensitive material.
2. With the tail-wagging air stream(partly eddy flow)produced by
the tail-wagging of the main shaft capstan of the machine(without
sieving).
3. Both the board and the cutting blade are made of
abrasion-resistant steel,with excellent performance after heat
treatment.
4. With severeness of framework,the volume of the machine is quite
small.If you open door closure,you can maintain it.It is completely
airproof and without any dust leakage.
5. With winding reclaiming equipment,the machine is features by
cooling materials evenly,quick cooling and some other
characteristics.
