Our BS high speed hammer mill is used to crush raw material into powder which is applied widely
in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, etc. It features
compact structure, stable quality and high efficiency. There is a
screen in the mill chamber, customers can choose the sieve size
according to the output fineness of product the need.
Working method:
The machine consists of three parts: frame, crushing chamber and
feeding parts. A movable cutter head is installed on the main
shaft, a fixed gear ring is installed in the grinding room, and a
screen is installed under the gear ring. When the main shaft is
running at high speed, the movable cutter head is running, and the
materials are crushed under the comprehensive effects of mutual
impact, friction, shearing and impact and collision between the
fixed gear ring and the movable hammer. The crushed materials can
be directly discharged from the grinding chamber of the main
engine, and the particle size can be obtained by changing the
screens with different apertures. The machine is simple in
structure, durable, stable in operation, obvious in crushing effect
and convenient in maintenance.
