BSDF advanced hammer mill is the newest product especially for
grinding spice,it has three milling areas:coarse milling
area,middle milling area and fine milling area,and the material
will be ground three times at the same time.
BSDF advanced hammer mill is widely applied in food,chemical and
medical industries,such as various of spices, leaves, chickpea,

Working method:
BSDF advanced hammer mill combines three milling areas,so the
material will be milled three times at the same time.When
grinding,material is sent to mill chamber to be crushed, by force
of blower, powder will go to cyclone and be discharged, the
ultra-fine powder will be separated to dust collecting box.The
production process is dust-free and continuous.
The fineness of the material has many specifications. Customers
need to adjust rotor speed to control the particle size according
to their demands. The adjustment method: use the speed control
button of the main motor converter operating panel on the electric
control box.
Main features:
1) It doesn't need a screen/sieve in the mill chamber,if you want
to change the powder particle size,just change the speed by
inverter.
2) Since there is no screen in mill chamber,when grinding, there is
no heat rising in mill chamber.You don't need to worry power get
stuck in the screens or the product quality will be got affected by
the heat. That's why it is very suitable for grinding
heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or oil.
3) Since the mill chamber of this machine is very big,you don't
need a grind big material into small granules first.It can save
more time for making powder.
4) It can save more power, its capacity is much bigger than other
same motor type traditional hammer mill.
