BSO drying machine has a wide range of applications, and is suitable for heating and
curing, drying and dehydrating materials and products such as
pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, agricultural and sideline
products, aquatic products, and light industry.
The drying box body is made of angle steel and stainless steel
plate. Filled with fiberglass insulation between the shell and the
working room. The hot air circulation system mainly includes
cyclone sub-boards, circulation fans, dehumidification fans and
heaters. The hot air circulation oven is equipped with a low noise
and high temperature resistant axial flow fan and an automatic
temperature control system.
Main structure:
This machine is mainly composed of drying chamber, combustor,
electric heating tubes, ventilation system and control system.
1. Drying Chamber: By utilizing stainless steel inside and coated
steel plate outside, the drying chamber saves cost while ensures
hygiene and corrosion resistance in the drying process.
2. Combustor: To cope with the smoke and fume produced during the
process, the combustor is connected with a chimney, efficient and
convenient.
3. Ventilation: When it comes to moisture control, the ventilation
system plays an important role in balancing the moisture and air in
the machine.
4. Control System: The control cabinet controls the electric
heating tubes and fans. Additionally, it is installed with a
temperature and moisture tester, which gives a convenient way to
user for knowing the present condition.
Main features:
Most of the hot air circulates in the box, with high thermal
efficiency and energy saving. Forced ventilation is adopted, and
the box is equipped with an adjustable air divider to make the
material evenly dry. Heat sources can be steam, electricity, and
far infrared. The machine has low noise and stable operation.
