Introduction :
BSC is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other
industries on dry, fragile crushing materials. Low softening point,
high viscosity material is not suitable for the use of this
machine.
BSC is suitable for granulating or primary grinding (making large
materials into small particles) , such as pepper tablets, ginger
granules, gum Arabic, dry flakes, etc. . There are two types for
you to choose, one is vertical (the discharge port is behind the
machine) , the other is desktop (the discharge port is under the
machine) .
Working Method :
The spice pulverizer is a horizontal grinder used to cut large pieces of material into
small pieces. There is a counter wheel at the end of the shaft,
which will not block during operation. The raw material is injected
into the hopper, and the rotating blades are fixed to crush and cut
in the crushing cavity. By rotating centrifugal force, the material
automatically flows to the outlet. The size of the final product is
controlled by the screen. The blades are made of durable alloy
steel.
